Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl
Makes 1 serving
1 banana, cut into 2-inch pieces, frozen
½ cup pureed pumpkin, chilled
1 scoop EVOLVE® Plant-Based Protein Vanilla
¾ cup almond milk
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Garnish: toasted pumpkin seeds, granola, chopped toasted walnuts
In blender, place banana and remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl.
Garnish, if desired.
